This stunning beach location is in an area of ‘Outstanding Natural Beauty’ and boasts the largest sandy beach in South Devon.  One of the most popular spots to learn to surf and for windsurfing.

Our seating (indoors or outside) offers amazing views across to the iconic Burgh Island and Bantham. It’s the perfect spot for a breakfast bacon bap with a fresh bean cappuccino or latte, or why not try our delicious Venus-style ‘fish n chips’ with a delicious wine or pint of local Bays Brewery beer?

Our Summer menu starts on Monday 20th with some perfect new Summer dishes. Stand out are our new salads. Classic Greek and Caesar (with or without chicken) salads. These are the real McCoy using authentic Greek feta (sheep & goat's milk) and a creamy caesar dressing packing an anchovy and garlic finish.

We have other amazing new dishes. Venus bruschetta, black bean & tofu burgers, mackerel pate and the return of our tasty wraps. This summer there's a great choice of chicken caesar, plughman's, prawn marie rose, bang bang chicken and a fabulous plant based falafel, hummus, Morroccan carrot and slaw option.

The Breakfast Burrito (egg, cheese, bacon and hash brown with sriracha sauce) has been joined by a plant based one with scrambled tofu, vegan sausages, Cathedral City grated dairy free cheese, hash brown and sriracha. 

Our breakfast menu has undergone a face lift with the addition of scrambled tofu and baked red pappers on the veggie dishes. All of our breakfast baps are available all day joining our gluten free sausage and bacon sandwich in an amazing gluten free sourdough.

 With acres of perfect sand, the unique Burgh Island and spectacular views across some of the best South Hams coastline, Bigbury-on-Sea offers the ideal family day out.
